About Us

spinraslot.uk is run by a small independent editorial team writing about wheel and instant games — a category that has grown quickly and is still described badly almost everywhere. We started with SpinRa because the English-language material about it consisted mainly of duplicated specification lists, and the Dutch-language material barely existed at all.

How we work through a game

Everything we publish about a game follows the same four steps, and we describe them here so that a reader can judge what our statements are worth.

  1. We play the demo at length, long enough to see the mechanics behave rather than to guess at them from a description.
  2. We check every published figure against the developer’s own material, and where the developer is silent we say so instead of filling the gap.
  3. Where sources disagree — as they do on this game’s RTP, volatility and maximum win — we publish both values, explain the difference and state which one we work from.
  4. We revisit pages when a provider changes a game and re-date them, because an undated page about a changing product is worth very little.

The third step is where most of our work goes and where most sites stop. It is quicker to pick the more attractive number and move on; it is more useful to the reader to see that a conflict exists, since that is what tells them to check the game’s own information screen.

What we do not do

We are not owned by, funded by or affiliated with any gambling operator or any game provider, including 100HP Gaming. Nobody pays for a favourable description, because there is nothing on this site to pay for a placement in.

We do not encourage anyone to gamble with money. Our material explains how a game works; the decision to play one for real money is the reader’s own, and our Responsible Gambling page exists because that decision deserves the other side of the picture too.

Where we are uncertain, we write that we are uncertain. A page that admits a gap is more useful than one that covers it with confident phrasing, and it is easier to correct when the answer arrives.

If you spot an error on any page, please tell us at [email protected]. Corrections are made quickly and the page is re-dated so the change is visible.
